EisenTasks is a desktop productivity application that implements the Eisenhower Matrix methodology to help users prioritize and organize tasks. The Application provides:

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EisenTasks on devices you own or control.

3.2 Permitted Uses

• Install the Application on multiple devices you personally own
• Use the Application for personal or business productivity purposes
• Export your task data in supported formats

3.3 Prohibited Uses

EisenTasks stores your task data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal task information on our servers.

EisenTasks requires:

• macOS 10.15 or later (Windows support coming soon)
• Sufficient disk space for installation and data storage
• Administrative privileges for installation and system integration features

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Application. We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and may delete the Application.
